For the last few weeks, I had been reading Stephen King and Clive Barker short stories, watching movies like The Innocents and 28 Weeks Later, and generally getting into the mood for Halloween, but I wasn't able to conjure up a suitably thematic blog post.

I'm working on a response post to this awesome Halloween project... but in the meantime... wasn't it really fucking fun finding all those screen-shots? I love that. Raul Julia's my new pet picture project for now.
Getting to find and choose the screen-shots was really the reason I did this.

Evil Dead is weird. I can't believe you put The Shining at the end! It would be at the top on MY list.
